Peninsula Flora (4.9./5.9.)
by Smadar Goshen
Performed by Smadar Goshen and Selina Koch
We sharpen the sensitivity of our raw senses. We behave to survive.
We speak. You can listen.
We are all here, can you see? You can listen.
Don’t leave your spikes at home this time.
A dance piece dealing with gaps and similarities between human and plants in terms of communication means, evolving patterns and defense – survival mechanisms. The 50 minutes piece offers a communal existence on a fabricated territory, an echo-system in which we each play our roll; we are all part of the landscape.
